If you are an author or publisher who has an ebook title converted and ready to sell in our store, please complete the form which follows this agreement.You MUST have our required file formats available: PDF, MOBI and EPUB and they must be submitted without any DRM (Digital Rights Management).Your cover price must be at least $4.50 or more.Horror Mall will not offer every title for sale, but only ones that we feel will have the potential to sell well to our customer base. A well designed cover, strong synopsis and interesting excerpt will go a long way in making our decision a positive one. Plus, we do review the general layout of the ebooks. Please make sure you proof your files prior to submitting.You will receive an acceptance or rejection e-mail within 2 weeks of your submission.PAYMENTPublishers and author submitting converted ebooks will receive 50% of the cover price for all sales of their digital goods through Horror Mall. These will be paid out quarterly via Paypal as follows:January 1-March 31 paid on or before April 30April 1-June 30 paid on or before July 31July 1-September 30 paid on or before October 31October 1-December 31 paid on or before January 31AGREEMENTBy completing the following form and submitting your ebooks, you agree that you own all rights to sell the ebook. You agree to the release of the ebook to Horror Mall to sell through its website (www.horror-mall.com) and (www.horror-mall.com/darksidedigital) in a digital format.I understand that Horror Mall will pay me 50% for sales via Paypal based on the cover price I enter below on a quarterly basis as outlined above. I agree that the cover price submitted below will be of equal or lesser value than the prices I sell direct or list on other websites such as Amazon. I attest that I own the publishing rights to the ebook and have executed the proper contracts with all parties involved in the creation of the ebook (including, but not limited to, authors, artists, editors, etc.). Any such payments owed to contributors due to the sales of the above titles shall be handled by myself.This agreement is for rights for Horror Mall to offer for sale the ebook I have submitted. I retain all other rights. Upon my request to remove this ebook from Horror Mall, I must give Horror Mall 30 days to remove my listing.THIS DIGITAL AGREEMENT IS BINDING UPON SUBMISSION. YOUR IP ADDRESS WILL BE LOGGED. ANY FRAUDULENT SUBMISSIONS WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES FOR INVESTIGATION.
