This was my first Gifune novel and it made me kind of an addict. This is a nearly perfect novel: a great story, memorable chatacters, blood and supense until the very last page. I think this is one of the best achievements in the last couple of years and therefore highly recommended!

Remember the old peanut butter cup candy commercial that said "two great tastes that go great together"? Well as much as I hate recalling those old commercials, I can't think of a better analogy to compare the merger of these two small press giants into the entity known as the Horror Mall. I imagine by now that the bandwagon is mighty full from all the lifelong members this combination has brought about. Can't wait to see what they have in store for us...

Boy, Ronald Malfi can write! Just finished his digital effort, The Stranger, from Delirium Digital. This is one brutal novelette! A young man and his girlfriend deal with a demented individual who somehow gains access to the couple's car and won't leave. Then he begins doing things....to himself. It gets gory then gorier then.... This is a wild ride thru the mind of Malfi, and this is one depraved psychological tale! Highly recommended!
