I'd like to take a moment to thank Shane for his quick responses to a couple of minor problems I had. I love shopping at the Horror Mall because when these little problems crop up (and I do sometimes seem to be a problem magnet) they're taken care of quickly and courteously. Great Work Guys!

I've been collecting for many years now and I think I have discovered something new, different and wonderful in the Horror-Mall. I am probably not the easiest customer in the world but both Shane and Larry have always bent over backwards to accomidate my sometimes overwhelming small press addiction. I was even more prompted to write this after I was able to use my reward points to defray the cost of my order... man, I thought this system would not be for me but its beginning to really prove me wrong. There is definitely an upside to this technology. I think Horror-Mall will be around for quite awhile with the amazing attention to detail and discipline these guys have underpinning Horror-Mall's buisiness mode. THANX Shane and Larry - you've made another "Horror-Mall Loyalist" out of me!!!
