Primitive is a great novel in the post-apocalyptic genre. The characters are likable and believable as is the scenario as to how the human population is destroyed. The fear is subtle and building throughout the novel as you just know something bad is going to happen when you turn the page! Great narrative style as well in that the story is told in a recollection/diary type way. Definitely a recommended book!

11/15/09. I downloaded and read this irreverent collection the other day. There really isn't a bad story in the lot. Did I mention irreverent? This is definitely a must-have for blasphemers everywhere. I would say it's a finger in the eye of organized religion but it's not his finger he's poking with. Highly recommended.
