OK, I'll admit that creepy covers and odd titles get my attention. The cover art led me to believe the tales within would be dark and end badly. However, many of the stories are of the "Aw," sniffle, and reach for a Kleenex type. A decent read if you're into that, coal mines, the Depression, and a general wishing of, "Wish Papa could'a seen us this Christmas."
