David Niall Wilson is a very under appreciated writer and this story shows why he deserves a wider audience. Always witty and entertaining, you are never quite sure which direction he is going to take the story in. While short, this is a powerful tale of revenge and, at its heart, humanity. Highly recommended especially if you haven't tried DNW's work before. For a buck and a half, it's an economical way to see what you have been missing.
